The modern colonial home, as its name suggests, is out of the ordinary. The EM HDB has a main black and white palette direction with a few other colours popping to break the monotony and bring out some fun!

The British colonial design is manifested mainly through the false beams and the black and white flooring in the balcony area. The effect is accentuated by tropical inspiration such as the wallpaper, the presence of flora and fauna and the eclectic furnishing selection.
